The Fee Schedule is as follows
Full board is - $550.00 per month this includes grain fed 2x daily
we will gladly feed you're suplements. Stongid De-wormer can be added for an extra $7.50 per month or you can bring you're own. Hay at a minimum of two times daily. Turnout horses get hay twice a day because our paddocks and pastures are so grassy that most of our horses walk away from hay outside. Horses that are kept in receive hay free choice. This also includes blankets on and off in inclement weather, full use of our facility the indoor the jumps the outdoor ring and jumps, plus the heated wash stall. Turn out as you want individually or in small groups. We are very accomodating here at Deerwood Ranch if there is something you need for you're horse please do not hesitate to ask!
Every horse at Deerwood Ranch is someones prized possesion and they are treated as such. The best part is we LOVE horses we also have that passion. It is an honor for us when someone trust's us with the care of their prized possesion.
Deerwood Ranch is under 24 hour surveillance.
Conditioning board- $650.00 per month this includes grain up to 4 times daily premium western alfalfa hay Strongid de-wormer, Dac supplements, rice bran. 5 to 6 days a week of conditioning work grooming and vacumn 3 times daily. Blankets on and off. All horses at Deerwood Ranch for conditioning wether it be for show or sale are under lights 16 hours a day for optimum hair coat. Normal clipping is included in this fee. Full clipping in preparation for sale or show will be an extra $25 fee.
